How do I contact a seller?
Open a live listing and use the message option. You need to be signed in so replies appear in your Partsbank messages.
Does Partsbank handle the purchase?
Not yet. Buyers and sellers agree payment, delivery or collection directly. The listing fee pays only to advertise a part.
How long does a listing remain live?
A standard or featured listing remains active for 60 days unless the seller pauses or removes it.
What should I do before buying?
Check the part number, photos and condition carefully. Ask the seller to confirm fitment and never send money until you are satisfied with the details.
